Perfect location in the centre of old town but still quiet throughout the night and felt secure.

Facilities were a bit limited and random unnecessary items here and there. Entrance on the ground floor was lined with smelly bins but that you have to walk past each time you go in and out- not horrendous but not nice!

Great location, close to everything

1. Access instructions were not provided causing confusion on how to gain access; was unable to reach host on a timely basis resulting in loss of booking.com discount/credit. ($50) as we had to pay a higher price. 2. Bed covering left on shelf appeared unkempt. 3. Lack of adequate toilet paper 4. It would be nice to price beach towels or extra bath towels. 5. Toilets water runs after flushing 6. Sink faucet doesn’t always stay up when desired (needs a new valve gasket) 7. WiFi instructions not clear

The location is perfect and it's a very quirky apartment. Bed was comfortable and a nice shower Everything you need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook.

The admin..I normally book a hotel on booking.com, pay for it and that's it. I can enjoy my stay. Not this apartment. I had the agency that deals with this apartment message me wanting a $400 deposit. Which is fine it actually said that when I booked it. Even though they requested the extra $400 they were charging me the handling fees of $10. I asked booking.com about this and they said as they never stipulated this prior to booking I don't need to pay it. So I emailed the agency and they said I do but I will get it back. They also keep the $400 for one month after you stay and if I want it back before then I need to do more admin and email asking for the funds to be released. Then they sent me a link asking me to do more admin and carry out a full inventory of the apartment by taking photos of the entrance, all the rooms, the window and the walls. When I go on a city break I don't want to be bothered doing that. Then at the end I had more admin to do my taking photos of everything again! We also had to remove our own rubbish. It was more like an Air B&B. If it wasn't for all this extra work I had to do I would have enjoyed my stay better. We also requested another toilet roll as we were give one and a bit and they said we were given 2 fulls rolls which we weren't (maybe a good thing I did have the photos to prove that 😆) they still wouldn't provide it so we had to look for a supermarket and buy it ourselves. Just inconvenient really on top of the admin and photo shoot.
