Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is located at the heart of the Old Town, in the most animated area with restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.
The 46m² apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). This charming apartment comprises
- a charming living room
- a quiet alcove bedroom with a glass roof, featuring a large double bed (160cm) and storage space,
- bathroom with shower
- fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge)
- TV and Wi-Fi
- vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, hairdryer, umbrella bed (up to 3 years),
Accommodation does not include parking space.
This very central location and the lively atmosphere can be a nuisance for some people, especially during the summer months (noise).
However, the alcove bedroom with glass roof overlooking the living room insulates the night area.

We loved the location of this property - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of Annecy. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water!
One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early this could have been a problem.
