Appartement Dalmata - Welkeys

Bien situé en plein centre et à 10 minutes de marche du lac

The flat is in a great location, easy walking distance to everywhere and near lots of great restaurants and bars. Check in was super easy using a lockbox inside the building. The flat itself was super clean, and though it was loud at night outside the windows really blocked most of the sound out. We kept the bedroom shutters closed as well so it was really dark to sleep in which is great. It was well stock with utensils including a cork screw, and the extras like tea and coffee were a nice touch as well.

The only downside was the shower - the bathroom is done beautifully but is sadly not very practical. The shower tray is very shallow, and the drain doesn’t allow for water to go down quickly so it flooded easily. Had to use only the small shower head and not on full power to prevent this.

Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt und von zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants umgeben ist, kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen - zu laut. Erst gegen 03:00 am wurde es ruhiger und ab 4:30 setzen Lieferverkehr und Straßenreinigung ein. Das Schlafzimmer war daher sehr stickig. Das Apartment wir über eine Agentur - "Welkeys" gemanagt. Die Concierge vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Dame an der Hotline, die wir aufgrund eines Problems vorab kontaktiert hatten, war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns nicht geholfen.

Great location for the Annecy Festival. Many nearby restaurants offer tons of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Short walk to Bonlieu, Pathe, and Salle Piere Lamy venues. Very fast internet for first 5 days of our 8-day stay before the apartment’s ISP unfortunately experienced a multi-day outage that wasn’t the fault of the apartment owner or management company (but was still a bit inconvenient). Appreciated having the key be in a lockbox with combination so we could check ourselves in and out. Double-paned windows effective at keeping most street noise out at night and on the early mornings when the street market setup happens.
