Zunächst muss man erwähnen, dass der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit ist! Das ist großartig! Uns hat der relativ große Balkon sowie die nahe Lage zum Zentrum gefallen. Super ist auch, dass neben dem privaten Stellplatz draußen auch ein kleiner TG-Platz vorhanden ist, in welchem mein Kleinwagen sicher und gut geparkt war. Zudem konnten wir von der TG aus mit dem Fahrstuhl das Gepäck bis zur Wohnung im 5. Stock fahren. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet.
So richtig nicht gefallen hat und nichts. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr und Gläser könnten vielleicht noch gut tun.

Stadtnah , trotzdem ruhig mit Parkplatz. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. . Restaurants, Geschäfte , Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Parkplatz vor der Tür, super Lage, sehr durchdachte Ausstattung, informativer Kontakt zu Besitzern, viel Infomaterial in der Wohnung, sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, wir werden es weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Es war eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war super für Unternehmungen, alles sehenswerte war fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt nichts negatives.
