Die Lage am Rand von Bayreuth ist sehr idylllisch mit Spazierwegen. Obwohl direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, spürt man davon nicht viel. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemütlich essen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet.

Bequeme Ferienunterkunft am Rande von Bayreuth. Es gab viele Angebote im Haus, dort bequem die Zeit in Bayreuth zu erleben. Der Bus fährt tagsüber alle 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Die Eremitage ist auch bequem zu erreichen

Zimmer war ein Stockwerk von Toilette entfernt, bei nächtlichem Toilettengang sehr lästig.
