Tolles Haus in toller Lage, für Festspiel-Besucher mit einem 7 minütigen Fußweg zum Festspielhaus.
Baujahr 1935 mit dem entsprechenden Flair.
Wer gerne knarzende Dielen und nostalgische Attribute in familiärem Ambiente mag ist hier richtig.
Jan, der Hausherr ist wunderbar!
Er umsorgt auf unaufdringliche Art, sehr nette und persönliche Gespräche sind aber jederzeit möglich.

Le propriétaire Jan fut très attentif et serviable. Le petit déjeuner avec le pain de la bonne boulangerie et les fruits à disposition. Le lit est bon. Nous étions bien accueillis. Le lieu est à 10 minutes à pied de Festspielhaus.
En réservant l’Hôtel sur votre site, nous étions confus de se retrouver chez l'habitant. Manque de confort à la salle de bain et à la cuisine. Nous avons eu la chance être seuls, car les 2 chambres utilisent la même salle de bain. La cuisine n’est pas équipé du point d'eau. La photo sur votre site ne corresponde pas à la réalité. L'appartement, le balcon et les meubles sont très vétustes.
La douche fonctionne mal.
