Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar in wenigen Gehminuten. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist direkt vor der Eingangstüre. Ideale Ferienwohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Bayreuth.

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Darüber hinaus ist man (kaum zu glauben) tatsächlich fußläufig in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Gut fanden wir auch die Jalousien vor den Fenstern und den Fahrstuhl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir darüber hinaus den zuvorkommenden Kontakt mit/zum Vermieter, der uns zielgerichtet zur Wohnung geführt und uns alles erklärt hat. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal.
Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, es liegt ja in der Natur der Sache, dass es in einem Mehrfamilienhaus zu entsprechenden Nebengeräuschen kommen kann.

Eine süße Begrüßung. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter war immer zu erreichen wenn es Fragen gab. Es war sauber, ruhig, eine tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man braucht in der Innenstadt keinen Parkplatz suchen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, auch das Schlafsofa für meinen Sohn war richtig gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder👍😄
Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln
