Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Parkplatz vorm Haus, ruhige Lage in Bayreuth-Wolfsbach, aber in 10 Minuten in Bayreuth-City. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Waschmaschine. Großer ebenerdig liegender Raum mit viel Abstell- und Sitzfläche. Und angenehm kühl! Als Quartier in der ersten Woche der Bayreuther Festspiele hat uns auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert.

Sehr sauberes, kleines Appartement. Man hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig.
In der Wohnung gibt es zum Treppenhaus/Hausflur ein Fenster. Zum einen ist es recht hellhörig, zum anderen ist die Jalousie leider nicht ganz abdunkelnd.

Für uns war die Lage optimal, da wir mit unserem Hund nur ~100 m laufen mussten um „im Grünen“ zu sein.
Die Küche hätte schon ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein können. Mehr Besteck, scharfe Messer, grössere Pfanne, evtl. ein Toaster, …
