A cozy beautiful new 80 m2 apartment in our program to feel good with a beautiful stone wall and parquet floor. Open kitchen with dining area going over to the living area.
The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms with windows and blackout blinds and a large living room with a large sofa bed, open kitchen for being together.
The apartment is on the first floor of our center building.
The apartment is in a well-kept monument - house with beautiful beams and parquet floors. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. All rooms are flooded with window light.

Renter was great and very helpful.
Place is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Great character, love the exposed ceiling beams. Great location right by downtown and just steps away from walking or running paths. If we come back to Bayreuth, I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren für insgesamt 13 Nächte in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Wirklich schöne Wohnung, die Ausstattung der Küche ist für einfaches Kochen ausreichend, bequeme Sitzgarnitur im Wohnbereich, so dass sich auch Regentage gemütlich in der Wohnung verbringen lassen, gute Betten, insgesamt schöne, wenn auch nicht besonders hochwertige Einrichtung (muss bei einer Ferienwohnung ja auch wirklich nicht sein). ´Die Lage ist optimal, die Betreeung durch den Vermieter hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
