Es ist Festspielzeit in Bayreuth und von daher war der Preis in Ordnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr sehr zentral, fußläufig sind Innenstadt, der ZOH und vieles mehr zu erreichen. Nachts war es ruhig, das hätte ich nicht erwartet weil tagsüber mehr Verkehr auf der Straße ist.

Die Lage in Bayreuth ist hervorragen. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Neuen Schloss, also sehr zentral. Wichtig war uns auch einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Diesem Wunsch wurde entsprochen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. So gibt es gleich zwei riesige Fernseher (2 Zimmer).
Es war alles in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super ab. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man brauch, sogar kapselmaschiene und Filtermaschiene, auch war die Küche voll ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und Tabs dafür waren da.
Nur eines war etwas unbequem, die Schlafcouch, da merkt man die Latten durch. Sonst war alles super.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist super.
Leider war die Wohnung teilweise sehr ungepflegt. Dusche im Bad nicht richtig sauber, Wasser floss in der Durschwanne nicht ab, Toaster und Wasserkocher waren nicht gereinigt, Geschirr stand noch auf der Spüle. Die Oberflächen der Küchenschränke könnten eine Reinigung vertragen.
