Curve Hiri

We spent 2 nights and ended up coming back and stay for a week. We loved the location (so close to the beach, one that is not crowded, also close to supermarket and easy to get other areas especially with a scooter) the room was super clean, big, with a terrace, the house itself and the yard is very cosy. The hosts were great (are also living in the house), the whole family is so welcoming and nice, they helped with whatever we needed like renting a scooter and reccomend us stuff. This was one of the best stays during our 1 month trip to Sri Lanka.

There was nothing we did not like. If we think about improvements, maybe some extra shelves to put your stuff would be great especially for longer stays.

Fantastisch verblijf, fantastische plek en fantastisch host-familie. Het verblijf ligt dicht bij het strand en is super schoon. Voor ons het beste verblijf in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.

I had a wonderful experience overall! The property is stunning, with a sophisticated and well-kept garden. Very clean and well-maintained. The room was and AC worked perfectly. The host family was incredibly kind and welcoming. Great location—close to Hiriketiya but much quieter, with a beautiful, peaceful bigger bay just a minute away.

The room felt under-furnished given its size—a bigger desk, clothes rack, or even a small sofa would make it more functional. The balcony was nice but had no chairs or table, making it less useful. Services (like transfers and laundry) were a bit pricey compared to other homestays, but they’re optional.
