Everything!! The pool was amazing and was a perfect little area to chill. The breakfast was honestly the best we had in our 2 weeks Sri Lanka! The room was spacious and cool 😇 the place is only 10 mins walking to hiriketeya beach and the walk is so nice!

I loved that it was a family run place. With a great pool for guests. They also provided slightly different traditional breakfast variations each day. It was a very short walk to the main strip. But far enough that it was nice and quiet for a good nights rest. They also had a lovely book swap area. I was able to get a lonely planets guide to SriLanka which helped me plan the rest of my stay.

Such a nice room, great pool. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were brilliant, had such a good time with them. So welcoming, friendly and good fun.

Owner was not friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not even willing to say hi in the morning. It was not a pleasant experience.
Warning - they are putting chemicals in the pool every night after 9pm. That is not an industry best practice. Might be worth skipping using the pool which is the total draw of the property.
