Nulla

Comfortable and quiet apartment in an excellent location. Just a few mins walk from Goldhawk Road Station and few more mins to Shepherd's Bush Station. Open view from windows as it is located on higher level. Came across some issues during my stay but the host replied promptly even at night for solution. The kitchen has almost everything. Definitely will return in the future if we revisit London. Perfect for couple.

Better to provide a proper kitchen knife for cutting

La vista es increíble. Los mejores momentos son al amanecer y al atardecer. La ubicación muy cerca de varias líneas de metro y colectivo. La zona hermosa.

Agregaría un tacho de basura en el baño, por lo demás impecable todo.

The location of the apartment was great, and didn't take long to get in to central London. Fantastic views from the balcony and was a comfortable apartment

The hosts requested our estimated check in time which i had submitted as 5pm. Due to delayed travel, we didnt arrive until 8:30pm... only to try to get the keys from the box and they weren't there... turns out the cleaner was still in the apartment 'cleaning'. We should have been able to check in from 3pm - but in reality, it was 9pm before we were alone in the apartment. The apartment also wasn't very clean - the rug in the living room really needs replaced and you didnt want to walk on the floors with your shoes off. TV wasn't working which was reported to the hosts, only to receive a response that "the previous guest didnt report an issue" with no further help - thankfully we managed to tape the wire into place and got it working ourselves. Balcony needs some attention & the WiFi kept dropping in & out. The £40 or £500 damage waiver fee is a bit ridiculous and unnecessary. We had booked for 3 people meaning we needed the sofa bed - although no bedding etc was left out. We had to dig through the wardrobe only to find red bags of what looked like dirty laundry which had been left. To top it off, we also received an email requesting i pay £50 for late check out the day we arrived - which was obviously supposed to be directed to the previous guest. Not to mention the 8 phone calls received before even setting foot in the property. Overall, it was a nice apartment, just very poorly managed and in need of a better clean
