Stylish Studios by Luxestays Shepherds Bush

The room was very clean and had everything you needed, the bed was super comfortable and had great pillows. As a solo traveller I felt very safe with passcode access to the building. Street was pretty quiet at night, but also still really close to 2 different train stations to easily get into the city. Would definitely stay again!

Stay was perfect, however the only thing was when I booked I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning (so completely my fault) however there were 2 fans in the room that worked really well and the window opened to let fresh air in.

I liked to position of the property, really close to everything important and you have connection points really close for the public transport

Stayed before, will stay again. For me and my work in the city, the location, transport connections, facilities and price are perfect. Always clean and tidy. One of my preferred properties around here when staying for work.

Nothing really for the price.

For a solo trip or a couple of nights in London, this studio does the job. The amenities are solid. Having a TV, coffee, and an iron available are nice touches that make the space feel considered. The studio itself is very clean, and the host is responsive and easy to communicate with. The building felt safe and secure, and the Shepherd’s Bush tube stop puts you close enough to central London that getting around is straightforward.

The studio is small, though if you’ve stayed in London before, that’s not a surprise, and for solo travel it’s manageable. The bathroom has very limited storage, which is inconvenient if you travel with more than the basics. Noise is a real issue. The building carries sound easily and you can hear neighbouring tenants clearly throughout the night. Earplugs are not optional here. My bigger concern is the immediate area. I asked the host directly whether it was safe to walk alone at night and was told yes. I’d push back on that. The streets around Shepherd’s Bush Market after dark are rough, with visible drug use, people sleeping rough, and loud disturbances into the early hours. It is not an area where I felt comfortable walking alone at night, and guests deserve an honest answer to that question rather than reassurance. A quick look at the area beforehand would have changed my expectations significantly. Worth knowing before you arrive.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
