The hosts: were responsive to all of my questions,allowed me a late check-out by 2hrs,provided a physical receipt upon request,helped me to facilitate delivery of Amazon items and were prompt in whatsap communications
the self check-in was extremelly frustrating. I was stuck outside of the property almost 1 hour trying to understand the codes that were used to open the gates

Great property, very accesible and great transport links to central/ wider London. Key Less system was great for 2 colleagues on slightly different schedules. Apartment was modern and had great facilities.
Apartment was dusty and could possibly do with a deeper clean but this is just sheer use and this clean cannot be done consistently so i completely understand that.

Great kitchen and bathroom extras, comfortable bed. Super responsive staff and great value Five mins walk from tube
was 29-30 degrees inside with three fans running 24 hours a day when 20-22degrees outside, aircon would make the world of difference. Bins and outside space could be tidied up, rubbish on floor Fire doors held open by fire extinguishers to help the heat
