The apartment is located in Shepherd’s Bush, one of West London’s most vibrant and well connected neighbourhoods within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The area is known for its mix of charming Victorian streets, modern developments and excellent local amenities. Just a short distance away is Westfield London, one of Europe’s largest shopping centres, offering an impressive range of shops, restaurants, cafés and entertainment. Shepherd’s Bush Green provides a large open space perfect for relaxing walks, while nearby cultural venues such as the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and the Bush Theatre regularly host live music, theatre and events. The neighbourhood also places you close to some of West London’s most desirable areas including Notting Hill, Holland Park and Hammersmith, where visitors can explore picturesque streets, boutique shops and well known pubs and restaurants. For guests travelling to or from Heathrow Airport, the journey is straightforward. You can take the Piccadilly Line directly to Hammersmith, then change to the Hammersmith and City Line or Circle Line and get off at Goldhawk Road, which is just a one minute walk from the flat. The full journey typically takes around forty five to fifty minutes.

This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law.

Before final approval, supporting documents will be required to confirm your eligibility:
• ID document, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc.
• Employment contract, assignment order, employer certificate, etc.
• Or any document justifying the temporary nature of the stay
By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement.
A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental.
If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained.
This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason.
The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
