This romantic holiday home is located in the hills above Forte dei Marmi. A dream view of the sea, on clear days you can even see as far as from La Spezia to Livorno even the islands of Tinetto, La Gorgona, Elba, Capraia and even the island of Corsica. The jacuzzi, sauna and the beautiful fenced garden promise togetherness and relaxation. This house, designed with great attention to detail, will provide you with unforgettable moments. Everything is provided for your comfort - air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, private car park, Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, hairdryer and electric barbecue.The house (65 square metres) can accommodate up to 4 people and is completely at your disposal.Your four-legged friends are also very welcome! The access road to the house is narrow in some places, leads uphill and has bends, but you don't need four-wheel drive. Tips and excursion destinations: If you want to leave this cosy wellness oasis, you can visit the white sandy beaches of Versilia or play a round of golf or tennis, also in Forte Dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi is a real hotspot with international boutiques, authentic restaurants and bars that invite you to socialise in the evenings. The weekly market (Wednesday and Sunday) is also highly recommended. The immediate surroundings are ideal for walks or cycle tours. The marble quarries in Carrara and the art cities of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily. The fenced garden (approx. 1m high, in the lower part of the fence a mesh fence approx. 40 cm) is laid out in terraces - on one is the jacuzzi (2.50 x 2.30m - 3 pers.); there are tables and chairs in various spots in the garden. There is also an electric barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spectacular view from the sunbeds in the garden and the togetherness! The house has been renovated with great attention to detail and charm - the furnishings are stylish and also offer all amenities.
