About this house rental
Welcoming and spacious holiday home in a wooded hilly area between the towns of Massa and Carrara, with panoramic views of the sea and the marble quarries of Carrara. The accommodation is equipped for a comfortable stay, relaxation and leisure activities, even for children. The beaches of Versilia are about 10 kilometres from here, and the impressive Carrara marble quarries are even closer. Outdoor area of approx. 6,000 m², partly hilly in the woods, partly in a flat garden, completely private. Surrounding the house is a garden with sun loungers, parasols, games for children and outdoor activities. The large covered veranda overlooking the garden is equipped and heated for outdoor dining with tables, chairs and barbecue. On the large terrace on the first floor there are sun loungers and a heated hot tub for 4 - 6 people. Adjacent to the house is a small area with exercise equipment. Parking on the property (4 cars). Location: Carrara 4 km, Massa 7 km, Forte dei Marmi 18 km, Pietrasanta 19 km, Lerici 22 km, Viareggio 34 km, the Cinque Terre 45 km, Lucca 51 km, Pisa 53 km, Florence 119 km. Services: 1 km from shops and restaurants, 2 km shops of all kinds, 4 km supermarket, 5 km indoor swimming pool (Carrara), 8 km riding school and tennis court, 10 km outdoor swimming pool and beaches (Marina di Carrara), 15 km thermal baths, 18 km golf course (Versilia). From the house and the property you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Versilia sea as far as the Ligurian coast and the Carrara marble quarries. Possibility of hiking in the surrounding area and fishing by the sea (10 km) or in a nearby sports lake (7 km). The furnishings are modern, marble floors. On the ground floor there is a small technical room reserved for the owner and storage use.
