About this villa rental
The delightful, detached villa with pool in Versilia is located between Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Massa (both 4 km), pearl of the Tuscan coast. In the nearby village, Cinquale, there is a good selection of restaurants and café bar.
The villa, with a large garden (5,000 square meters) and a private swimming pool (10x5 m, open from June to October), located 1500 m from the beach.
At guests' disposal, large barbecue area, private parking, internet Wi-Fi connection, fans. Pets NOT allowed.
The house, 600 square meters and elegantly furnished, is on two floors and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Ground floor: access from the garden or from the backyard where the pool is located in a private location. Large, bright living room with satellite TV, large dining room, small living room, one small and one large kitchen (oven, 3 refrigerators with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave), a laundry room and a large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, with access to the garden. A bathroom with shower.
A beautiful wooden carved staircase leads to the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
Single bedroom passageway to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and separate bathtub with a shower head, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a large bedroom (attic) with double bed and living area, en-suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and the bedrooms with TV (no satellite in the bedrooms). All the windows of the first floor have mosquito nets.
Distances: a supermarket, a few restaurants, laundry and other shops are just 250 meters away, the golf course 4 km, Pisa and Lucca 40 km, Florence 100 km Viareggio 15 km away.
