We have enjoyed the Northern Tuscany landscape even more than the Southern Tuscany landscape. The view from the living room is taken out from a fairy tale.
We were busy taking known trips to Cinque Terre / Firenze / Genova, but we really hope to be able to come back, to walk around Ripa and Pietrasanta alone. We even saw hiking trails signs that we did not have the chance to take.
The yard is spectacular, you can exercise by simply climbing all the stairs up to the peak of the hill and back, you can enjoy the view of the crops. You can exercise on the grass, or play table tennis or relaxing in a hamac. It was a very quiet neighbourhood.
The house has all the amenities.
I'm tempted to be selfish and keep this gem for myself.
There's a big cage with colourful birds that sing.
It was the first time of our lives that we saw fire flies in the garden one night we came back - it was magic.
The owners were very discreet , but we are really sad that we hadn't got the chance to meet them. Maybe next time.
Be aware that we gave a perfect 10 to all categories.
However, I was a little nostalgic from all the items left in the house, the story of the family reminded me of my old house that I used to grow up in.
I remember that I had similar challenges, not being able to move all the stuff in the first year.
The fact is that some of the old clothing / blankets hold a specific smell that is persistent even after keeping the windows open for the whole day.
I've also replaced one pillow with a sofa pillow, because it was too hard for me.

Local garden and landlord family is a big asset of this accommodation.
Need to use car to get to the beach as well as to local town

Perfect, large and still cozy flat in a beautiful garden full of flowers and bushes with separated terraces, with good quality furnitures and equipments, large and convient beds, spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a professional gas fireplace and big kitchen island and with a beautiful view to the neighbor hills and to the sea in the distance, good showers in the nice bathrooms with natural stone piles etc… We were entirely satisfied and happy with our choice Casa Anna. Roberta and her husband, our hosts, were very-very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful and relaxed holiday!
Nothing serious, maybe an electric kettle and a dish rack could be useful in the kitchen and the little cupboard next to fridge could be better being refreshed a little.
