The pool was a godsend in the summer heat. Kids enjoyed it so much! Quiet and green neighborhood.

Nice family house , the apartment is on the first floor with little terrace. In room there is 2 beds for 3 people, kitchen with kitchenware. Very clean apartment with bathroom. We made a mistake and mixed up the dates: we reserved in 7 days ,but we needed in accommodation in the same day. The owners were so pleasant and let us stay although they didn't rent it yet.
On kitchen there is lack of different little things which are necessary for cooking: oil, species, tea. Guest will use it in minimal quantities. For the guest to buy the bottle of oil for 2 days stay is senseless, but without it's impossible to cook.

Very nice apartment, attached to the owners house but with enough privacy. Beautifully tended garden with flowers, fruit, etc. Various nice places to sit in the sun or the shade, and a swimming pool (which we didn't use). Convenient for visiting the coast and hiking in Alpi Apuana. A few restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

A good alternative if you want a good but low budget alternative. The Place is quiet and not hard to find if you use the GPS. It is a family that rents out the apartment, but it is now problem with privacy during the stay. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We can recommend this.
