About this house rental
Tourist accommodation located in a historic private villa in a central area, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute drive from the sea. It features a small, charming garden with a pool, hidden from view. Inside the house, you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the kitchen is in the external annex with a large veranda overlooking the pool.
The living area is in the annex, set up as a spacious kitchen with a wide veranda facing the pool and garden. The main house, on the ground floor, hosts the guest rooms: two double bedrooms with two bathrooms—one en suite and the other external but for exclusive use. Both beds are doubles.
Guests access the property through the main entrance, shared with the owner who lives on the first floor. There are four beds, with the option to add a fifth upon request. The accommodation is ideal for families of four or five, couples, or groups of four friends. The house is near a busy road; the pool and garden are for guests’ exclusive use. Please use the outdoor space respectfully.
Laundry service is available on request for an extra charge. Pets may be allowed only upon request and confirmation from the host. There is no hot water in the kitchen. Parking is near the house, and you can unload luggage close to the entrance. For stays of at least two weeks, linen change is included.
