The location was great and the flat met my expectations fully. 11 out of 10.

The flat was very easy to find, and the instructions for the entrance were very clear. You can have anything you need at home, and the flat was clean. Pawel can be reached at any time; he generally responds to your messages within an hour and is very helpful. I think the location is 11 out of 10. You cannot find a better location in Szczecin.

I stayed for one week and have nothing to complain about.

Amazing for the price and well located

We had a great stay! The apartment was very well located, had good amenities, check in and out was very easy. When we couldn’t find the apartment at first because we were not familiar with the address Polish writing style, the owner responded quickly to us. For the price, we had nothing to complain.

The washing machine didn‘t work when we were unfortunately but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen, komme gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage mitten in der (Alt)Stadt und trotzdem ruhig, da eine kleine Seitenstraße. Ein geräumiges Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit einer sehr schnellen elektrischen Kochplatte! Die Raumbeleuchtung sehr gut verteilt, so dass man auch gut lesen konnte. Ein großes und bequemes Bett. Im Badezimmer ausreichend Ablageplatz, was für Frau wichtig ist😊 Der Gastgeber hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Unterkunft vorgeheizt wurde so dass ich bei meiner Ankunft (Außentemperaturen im Minusbereich) ein Warmes Zimmer vorgefunden habe. Auch die Sauberkeit Top!!!

Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer oder ein Geschirrtuch wären ok aber nicht unbedingt notwendig - nur als kleiner Tipp hier gedacht.

Apartament idealny na city break!

Apartament czysty, pachnący, świeża pościel i ręczniki oraz duże wygodne łóżko. Kawa i herbata na powitanie - drobiazgi które cieszą, gdy dotrzesz na miejsce zmęczony. Wobec sąsiedztwa dwóch bardzo dobrych restauracji (szczerze polecamy) nie korzystaliśmy z kuchni, Nie odniosę się zatem do jej wyposażenia i funkcjonalności. Nie mniej jednak śniadanie typu jajecznica czy parówki można przygotować bez problemu. Tym bardziej, że produkty do tego potrzebne można nabyć w ulokowanej tuż za rogiem "Żabce". Generalnie, lokalizacja obiektu to jego największy atut. W czasie trzydniowego pobytu w Szczecinie oczekiwaliśmy komfortu i właśnie doskonałej lokalizacji. Ten apartament nam to zapewnił. Bardzo udany city break. Dodatkowo świetny kontakt z obsługą apartamentu. Nie było suszarki - wystarczył jeden telefon i została dowieziona. :) Bezproblemowa, jasna i czytelna instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Dziękujemy! :)

Miejsce genialne ale problem z parkowaniem

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce do mieszkania. Wszędzie blisko, a w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba jest pod ręką.

Problem jest dla ludzi zmotoryzowanych, rozwiązałem go dogadując się z sąsiadem o wynajem miejsca w garażu. Ul Tkacka jest w świeżo utworzonej strefie śródmiejskiej i ma horendalne ceny za postój (ok. 10 zł za godzinę).
