L’emplacement, au centre de Venise pour tout visiter à pied mais en étant au calme. Le parking à l’extérieur du centre avec un tarif dérisoire. Le loft était bien équipé et très confortable. Sara était efficace, à l’écoute et très diligente.

Pas de placard pour ranger les vêtements.

The property is very clean, smelt lovely as soon as we walked in. It is well equipped and has the most comfortable bed ever! From start to finish the host Sara was just fantastic with directions how to get there and lots of useful tips and information of where to go. She went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience and especially as we were celebrating a 50th Birthday.

All absolutely perfect!

We spent four days there and immediately felt right at home. Sara´s communication regarding our arrival, from the detailed directions to restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions, was excellent. The apartment is very well equipped (we did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator), and it was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment´s location is highly recommended, it is in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it is just a two minute walk to the main steet with plenty of shops. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in the entryway, so we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Thanks for the great time in Venice. We felt like part of the family.

Die Lage war gut. Zentral aber ruhig , da in einem Seitenweg. Nah an einem Supermarkt. Die Gastgeberin blieb immer in Kontakt und versorgte uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants, Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Beschreibung zur Ferienwohnung war vorbildlich. Gute Klimaanlage. Gute Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Wünschenswert wäre ein kleiner Klapptisch und zwei Stühle um sich auf ein Glas Wein an den Kanal setzen zu können(wenn erlaubt).

Es gibt einen riesigen Kühlschrank (2-Personen Unterkunft ?) deren Tür sich nur schwer öffnen lässt und der sich dann immer mit bewegt. Das Appartement ist leider sehr dunkel. Es gibt in den zwei Räumen nur drei Mini-Fenster ohne wirklichen Ausblick. Enge Dusche.
