Paola was there to greet us with the keys, and check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment is fantastic, very well equipped with everything you might need. The bed is large and really comfortable. We were also able to arrange a late check-out, which was a great bonus.
The location is excellent, with plenty of options nearby for food, drinks, and things to see. We loved our stay! GRAZIE MILLE!

- the place was very clean
- the location was brilliant, close to everywhere and in a nice square
- all the amenities were great (dryer, washing machine, iron, hair straightner etc.)
- the place is extremly dark, makes you feel like you’re in a cave, very depressing
- poor communitation with the host, very slow repies, not very helpful
- late check in (after 19.30) charge
- broken shower door
- cannot use the bathroom and kitchen water at the same time
- looking out at a damp gray wall from all windows
