Very unique experience. The location, a short walk to train statin and metro was terrific. Enjoyed visiting the central canal region and having a place to stay that was a bit quieter after the energ of city central.
One has one small issue with the air conditioning. It is set to come on automatically but it did not turn on the first evening and it was very hot. The second evening the airconditioning did come on but it was set very cold. Not being able to control the climate of the room was a bit uncomfortable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
Man ist in ca 14 Min.an der Metro.
Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.
Es gab auch gute Hinweise bezüglich Unternehmungen.
Das Waschbecken war vielleicht etwas klein und die Badtür ging nicht zu verschließen, aber das war kein Problem für uns. In der Nähe ist eine Schnellstraße , die man etwas hört.

Perfect location! I stayed in Studio C. The houseboat is in a very peaceful, leafy suburb just a few minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium making it an ideal place to stay for anyone running the marathon. I stayed on my own and felt very safe there. From the houseboat it is about 15 minutes walk to the subway station so very handy for getting into the centre of the city. On my last day staying here, I actually walked into the city and it took about 30 or 40 minutes. It was lovely as I got to see some of the fabulous architecture along the way.
There is some construction taking place at the moment but this didn't affect me as I was staying from Friday evening until Monday morning. There was no noise at the weekend, apart from planes taking off from the airport. The construction started up on the Monday morning. Honestly, I would prefer the noise of planes and construction than loud people partying all night.
Also, someone posted a review about "insects" being a problem. I didn't see any insects but maybe in the summer when it's warm and because of the lake they could be a problem.
I would stay here again!
