Staff not available. The courtin was damaged. I asked twice to them to help us, but they don’t gave proper attention.

The room was nice and pretty clean. The staff were friendly and let me stay in the lounge area for a while after checkout while I waited for my train. The WiFi was amazing - I was there for a conference and all forms of video worked great despite me being on the top floor. Very close to transport links and some nice restaurants nearby.
The bathroom smelt a little weird after a shower and was quite slippery. The bath was very small and didn't drain properly. There also weren't any towels! The room was quite small but that wasn't necessarily an issue. I was also there during a heat wave with no air con in the room. There was a big fan which just about made it livable. Essentially, as long as you aren't going there expecting the perfect hotel room it was a nice and pleasant stay. I would stay again if I came back to Amsterdam (although hopefully not in a heat wave!)

The staff made me wait outside in the cold for 15 min. My booking was not organized well. And the room was not clean but used.
