    The reception staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. I loved the self check-in process, where you can enter your own details and let the system help you choose your exact room—like which floor you want or if you'd prefer to be near the elevator. The room was spotless, and I am so happy with my stay. Grocery or lidl store nearby.

    The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. The room was thoroughly cleaned and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. However, the breakfast is not worth the €20 price tag. Overall, a good stay if you skip the hotel breakfast.

    The price was quite high even though I booked a month in advance. Closer to the stay date, the same room was available at 40% lesser price! Clean, quiet room, good bed and clean covers. Excellent breakfast spread (included in the room price). Pizza vending machine available in the lobby!! Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. The coffee maker in the room was not good. The hot water that got poured into the cup had dirt in it (see photo)!! I tried multiple times, and decided not to make coffee in the room. Apart from this irritating experience, everything else was great 👍

    Room is quite small, limited amenities, but clean and tidy. Location far away from city centre. Tram is 10-15 minutes walk. Economy room has no AC, not recommended during summer. Issue on my booking, initial booking thru apps agoda was eco room with 4 bed, however actual hotel reserved only 2 bed. Not sure why booking went wrong. at the end issue resolved. My advise, please double check with hotel for your booking before you come to hotel. It was really unpleasant booking experience. Lucky for me, I knew the wrong booking before my visit. Lesson learned.
