Location quiet but good transport system.
Clean room staff pleasant and we would stop here again
Their was a problem locking the safe which took a couple of days to sort out then when leaving the safe wouldn't unlock a man came and opened it said maybe battery problem but was nice and courteous

I liked the room, it was clean and spacious with safe and fridge. Overall happy and satisfied with my experience staying at the Hotel Artemis, staff was helpful and friendly, provided good services. Food was also good at the restaurant, enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like the coffee machine or kettle kept in the room ,water tasted weird after warming in that. Also , there was no microwave in the room , since I was expecting there would be , so I can reheat my takeout,so disappointed about that. Would have liked if I had the room service menu as well in the room ,so when I don't want to step out ,I can order directly from restaurant.

Staff were rude and unhelpful.
The details about proximity to the centre were incorrect. We were told it was 20 minutes, it was 40
