A truly fantastic little house! The view is absolutely breathtaking — and in reality, even more beautiful than in the photos. It is one of those places where, wherever you go during the day, you find yourself looking forward to coming back home just to sit down, relax and enjoy that wonderful view. The idea of having the bed a few steps higher is brilliant. You sit or lie on the bed and have three windows directly in front of you, all overlooking the sea. And the most magical part is that each window offers a different shade of blue: through one, you see the turquoise water close to the beach; through another, you see the sunlight turning the sea golden; and through the third, where the water is deeper, you see the beautiful dark blue of the sea. We truly enjoyed every moment of it. Brita is absolutely wonderful. She was always happy to help with anything we needed, always with a smile, and she kept the house impeccably clean. We truly appreciate everything she did for us. When we come back to Ithaca, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. We will definitely be back!

This is a neat small apartment with an exceptional balcony facing the ocean and mountains. It is full self contained, finished well and makes a safe, cosy place to enjoy all that Polis Beach and Stavros has to offer. Close enough to easily pop down to the beach for a quick swim but high enough to not be bothered by beachside noise. It’s private and very safe.

Perfect position, amazing views, beautiful, immaculate little home, fully equipped with everything required for our holiday,perfect for two people. wonderful welcome pack and wonderful welcome from Britta and George and Linda.

Nothing at all, it was all just perfect.

The property is idyllic and located on the cliffside facing the beach. You could not possibly ask for a better view. The house is perfect for a couple. It is very new, perfectly equipped, comfortable and clean. There is a small taverna on the beach for souvlakis and snacks and you can walk to the small town of Stavros, but I think staying here (or on the island for that matter) without a car or boat would be challenging. There is a harbour right on the beach where you can rent day boats on for very reasonable. Contact with the property was very easy and Britta was extremely helpful welcoming us and available to answer any questions we might have. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It can be quite bright at night time. It is a loft style house so there are lights from the emergency exit, internet, air con, just overall outside brightness that may bother a light sleeper. May be an option to bring an eye mask.
