Villa Tramonto

Amazing view! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clear and beautifully decorated. You’ll need a car to drive everywhere, but Stavros is only 5 mins drive away and some very nice beaches are very close too.

Alex has done a brilliant job of converting a typical, simple island house into a stylish holiday villa. The service is great and we had a really enjoyable stay without any problems. The view from the terrace of Villa Tramonto is beautiful, especially when the sun sets over Kefalonia. The house is private and quiet and because it’s Ithaca, it feels very safe. While there’s only one taverna within walking distance there is a good choice in Stavros and Frikes, just a short drive away (our personal favourite being Odysseus in Frikes). And of course, we had a great value, delicious and authentic meal at Alex’s Cantina. We didn’t miss having a pool because there are so many lovely small bays within a short drive. We’ll definitely be going back to Ithaca and I expect to Villa Tramonto. Ithaca is now in our top three Greek Islands and maybe number one!
