This stylishly renovated and newly furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a unique art mural and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. With its vibrant palm-inspired decor, this pet-friendly retreat offers a relaxing escape, complete with shared outdoor seating areas. The condo also boasts a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience.
The Space:
ENTRY
You are provided with 2 designated parking spots. Access your second-floor unit (#18) by taking one flight of stairs and using a secure lock code. To maintain a restful atmosphere, please be considerate of neighbors staying below.
BEDROOMS
The unit includes 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV, a single set of sheets per bed, a luggage rack, mobile charging ports, and a wardrobe with hanging rods and storage shelves. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The living room features a double sleeper sofa.

BATHROOM
The unit has 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you the flexibility of preparing your own meals and includes:
Keurig coffee maker with free starter K-cups and sugar
Refrigerator with ice maker and water cooler
Stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave
Pots, pans, baking sheet, cutting board, and utensils
Cups, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware

🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.
🚗 Parking Info Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.
🚭 No Smoking All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.
📅 Cancellations & Early Departures We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.

The place was in a great location. Across the street from the beach with everything in walking distance. Our Tv was not taking to WiFi so we called the property. With in 15 minutes a repair man was at my door. We agreed that we needed a new tv. So we talked it over and agreed for it to replace in the morning. By 830 they were T the door with a new tv and installed with WiFi within 10 min
