This Low-rise building is a favorite and ideal for a family atmosphere! Enjoy the large oceanfront balcony off of the living room with direct access to the beach from your balcony! You have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, DVD, free Wifi and a washer/dryer. There is NO elevator at this property.

Lovely place to stay. Nicely equipped and convenient to beach. Parking is too tight and inconvenient.

We liked it but had some issues with plumbing. Had to call 3 times to get it fixed. Also, oven burnt black and every time you used it the smoke detector went off. Had to clean it to use it.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay on the beach. The condo's location was the best part. The view and ability to walk on the beach was lovely. The balcony was large and suited our needs.However, the condo definitely needs much TLC. It was only surfaced clean. Someone needs to do a deep cleaning. Dust bunnies, hair in the sink and bathroom floor, clean dishes left in the dishwasher shows the service doesn't seem to do their job.I left a handwritten note with a whole list for NB Realty. These were not emergencies so I did not call them while we there to interrupt our vacation time. This place has great potential!
