This newly renovated and stylishly furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a unique art mural and accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect getaway. Designed with vibrant palm-inspired decor, this pet-friendly retreat offers shared outdoor seating areas to unwind. The condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience.
The Space:
ENTRY
You’ll have access to 2 designated parking spots for convenience. Enter your ground-floor unit (#17) using a secure lock code. Please be mindful of neighbors staying above to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

This unit features 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully equipped with:

Single set of sheets per bed

Wardrobe with hanging rods and storage shelves

🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.
🚗 Parking Info Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.
🚭 No Smoking All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.
📅 Cancellations & Early Departures We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.

Location is amazing truly right across from the beach. Walking and quick drive to several restaurants, leisure activities. We enjoyed being so close to the beach went over several times a day to walk on the beach.
