Closeness to the beach
Needs to be updated, door handles needed to be fixed, shower curtain needs to be changed out.

Very comfortable and good location
Too many remotes for the tvs. I could not get the tvs to play anything. They worked as far as coming on but the living room tv had 4 remotes and the bedroom TV had 3. Just could not get them to play.

The location was close to the beach. Awesome.
The furniture seemed like it would fall apart. It didn’t, but a couple things could be replaced.
