Suite 401, our premier penthouse, offers an exceptional stay with breathtaking ocean views and all the comforts of home—plus a little extra luxury. Perfect for up to eight guests, this 2,200 SF suite is designed for relaxation, privacy, and unforgettable memories.

Expansive Penthouse Living: 2,200 square feet featuring a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two guest bedrooms, a second bathroom, a great room, an open kitchen, and a large deck with a pergola.
Ocean Views & Outdoor Bliss: Enjoy an expansive deck with patio furniture, tabletop fire pits, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the town of Pismo Beach.
Plush Sleeping Arrangements: A king bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa (all with premium linens provided).

We really loved this ocean-view unit! It is spacious, immaculate and well-equipped. The large patio with dining table and loungers is a bonus! The property itself is very nice and conveniently located, with garage parking, an elevator to the unit, and is in close proximity to many restaurants. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

This was the first time using VRBO and staying at this location. The process was overall very easy. Communication was excellent and all the steps getting into the property was very easy to understand. The location of our stay was perfect. It was right next to Giuseppe’s which was excellent. We were blown away by the amenities. The kitchen was perfect for our family who loves to cook. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets and sunrises. The rooms were a great size. The master bath shower was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend for families to look at the location. It’s close to everything in Pismo so you don’t have to worry about parking you leave your car at the parking garage and you can walk everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. Two families of 4 fit perfectly. Our teenage sons always get the pull out in these situations and these were so comfortable and easy to put down and up. It was wonderful to be in walking distance of every restaurant and the beach. The kids (ages 13-16) could safely go out on their own for short stints during the day to check out shops and we all took multiple walks to the beach and pier. Highly recommend the short drives to Shell Beach at low tide for a small hike and tide pools as well as Grover Beach to see the butterflies. Other than that, we really didn’t need to drive anywhere. The host checked in with us via text to make sure all was good on our end which was much appreciated. Would definitely come back.
