The second level is a spacious open living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofa (queen), TV, dining table for 6, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, and a convenient half bath. From the living area are large sliding doors that open to a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The balcony, overlooking Wadsworth Ave, offers ocean and downtown views.

On the third floor the master bedroom welcomes you to relax with a luxury king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed and is next to the second full bath and laundry center. From the third level exit to the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

Very nice accommodations, especially a bathroom for each bedroom and the roof deck. However, rental company that listed this property on VRBO made things complicated. I rented through VRBO, but then I got a many page agreement from the rental company that required multiple signatures and initials, and required me to create a password to access the “Property Guide” which has the info you need to use the property. And when the link to guide did not work, I had to download a special app to get the info I needed. And at checkout, I got both texts and emails from different sources about check-out procedures. Very nice property, but the procedures, at least from the standpoint of a boomer, were excessive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the house for 2 couples and 1 female guest. House was perfect for gatherings in the kitchen/family area (2nd level). Lots of room and small balcony. Each bedroom had very comfortable queen sized beds, and all but 1 had ceiling fans. The roof top deck was small but big enough for all 5 of us to sit and have drinks & dinner. Location was good, walking distance to downtown. The property is right across from Penny's restaurant where we went for breakfast. Our only negative complaints are no A/C (and it was warm), and there were no stand alone fans in the house. If you leave your windows open to allow a breeze, it's VERY loud outside in the evening (you can hear the freeway). I do sleep with earplugs, but I could still hear some of it.
