Great house and location! Easy walking access to the beach and downtown. The house was clean, cozy and had had all the necessary amenities to help make the stay relaxing and fun. Our family was looking for a place to stay close to the beach for a few days. The place we stayed at last year was booked. As luck would have it, we found this home that was even closer to the beach and just wonderful. Very clean, stocked with just about anything you could need/want in the kitchen, plenty of extra blankets and all the beach necessities (even a beach cart). We would absolutely recommend a stay here with your family and the added bonus of a fantastic host with quick response time each time I had a question!! This home is an easy A with location and cleanliness.

Cannot say enough about how clean, updated, and well appointed this home was. Separate bathrooms/living spaces for the three couples (two of us with young kids :) made it easy to navigate, the roof deck was beautiful, and everything was very walkable to the beach and downtown Pismo. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Beach cart/chairs and even toys for the kids were an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

We came as a group of 7, spanning 3 generations from kids to elderly, for a short stay in Pismo. Kelly’s place was a spacious, comfortable and clean place to call home for a few nights for all of us. The home itself is beautifully decorated and inviting. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and anything else we needed (not always the case at previous vacation rentals we’ve stayed at) There were also chairs and other beach toys/supplies we could use in the garage. The location is convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. Kelly was always quick and kind to answer any questions I had and gave us lots of useful info on the area. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely look to stay here again if we get the chance to visit in the future! Thanks for hosting our family, Kelly!

We are a family of four with 2 teenagers. Great spaces for all of us, comfy beds, great decor, comfortable spaces without feeling over used. Very clean. Great location- easy walk to all the restaurants, but far enough away to not be in the crowds. Easy access without keys to keep track of. Very easy to communicate with owner. Spent time in SLO, Morrow Bay, Avila Beach and of course Pismo! We’ll be back for sure!

Our stay way wonderful bigger then the pictures shown pleasantly surprised, loved all the extras from linens and pillows beds were very comfortable our family really enjoyed every little bit of it . Roof top was beautiful to have morning breakfast or just to sit and relax .

As described in the listing, it is easy to get to within the city. Walkable to the beach, accessible to nearby amenities like Pismo Preserve, Avila Beach with the dog, and more. Nice garage makes for a "no-hassle" parking experience. Comfortable lounging for a long weekend!

We've rented this unit a few times now and it is by far our favorite place to stay at Pismo Beach. Not only is the location the best, the place is clean and stocked with everything we need and we can bring our dog too! The owner is friendly and responsive and provide a list of local activities to do.

We loved staying here. Short walk to downtown pier. So many amazing cafes and restaurants just within blocks. The home was clean, wonderfully decorated, and a great layout. We loved the rooftop patio and spent our sunsets up there. There was the perfect breeze for warm summer nights, and since the property was on a quiet street, it was so nice to be able to sleep with the windows open! We are looking forward to staying here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is even larger than it seems in pictures and is absolutely beautiful and clean. Very spacious! The unit is stocked with everything you would ever need. The patio roof top deck has panoramic views of the Ocean and the Pismo Reserve mountains - so pretty. Kelly was wonderful to work with. The location is prime with plenty of parking and an easy short stroll to the beach shops. Cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this townhouse.

We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking our second car on the street, but that might not be true in the summer. Based on some of the other reviews, we were nervous about the internet since both my husband and I needed to call into work meetings, but we had absolutely no issues with the internet. The property owner was super responsive on email and provided a helpful list of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The layout of the building worked perfectly for our small group with a little bit of extra privacy on the bottom floor for extended family. The place was very clean and the location felt very safe. We enjoyed walking to breakfast a few times. Only slight hiccup was inconsistent internet connection, but thankfully we were there for recreation and not business. We would stay there again. There were some important discrepancies and confusion related to actual beds available (1 King, 1 Queen, and a bunk bed with twin, full, and twin trundle) for our large group and the presence of a hot tub (there isn't one). However, the property itself was very comfortable, very clean and pleasant, and proximity to the beach was just right for us. We loved the rooftop table and chairs -- a beautiful view! Kelly, the owner, was very helpful and communicated well. We had a lovely time!

Clean, modern and well appointed townhome located in Pismo Beach. We wanted a place within close walking distance to restaurants and the Pismo beach/wharf area - this place checked all the boxes! My 90 yr old mother in law stayed in the 1st floor bedroom with full bath. She was able to manage the stairs up to the main living area and kitchen (2nd floor). She even made it up the spiral staircase leading to the rooftop patio from the 3rd floor! Everyone enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset! Great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The master bedroom on 3rd floor was spacious and lovely! The other 3rd floor bedroom had a twin over double bunk bed and a pull out trundle bed. The space in this bedroom is small for 3 adults, but comfortable enough for 2 adults (or if you have 3 younger kids). The “open concept” kitchen and living room area was a nice place for the family to gather and talk. The huge plus for us was having 3.5 bathrooms as there were 7 adults. We were here for my daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly SLO. It was a short drive into SLO, the college campus and to Tolosa Winery near the airport! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others - Thank you Kelly!
