This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street.

Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the condos on Hinds for several years. Since we travel with family, and extended family, we rent all three condos, A, B, and C. The remodel of the units have made them even more user friendly, and everything is within walking distance.

The condo is as described, and the airy feeling given by the high ceilings was a nice surprise. The furniture was very comfortable including the popular recliner. The decor was peaceful. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. All wonderful. Just two blocks from the beach, Pismo Beach's plaza, and shopping, it was the perfect location for our grandkids...and us grownups, too.I had a couple of questions for the management company, and they were answered promptly. We'd stay there again.

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

It is very spacious and comfortable and offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a close walk to many restaurants which we took advantage of and also an easy walk to the beach. The property management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

Reviewer Comments: In a time where every property highlights their sanitization practices I was very disappointed to find that the master bedroom comforter and bed spread had not been laundered prior to our arrival. While the bed was neatly made the bedding smelled of vomit. Yes, somebody had thrown up in the bed at some time before and the same bedding was put back on the bed. The entire room was filled with the odor.

The management company took care of the problem when notified the following day but, the experience obviously caused me to question everything about the place.

But for the high nightly rate, the details were missing. For example: Fireplace didn't work. Many of the light bulbs were burnt out including all of them on the balcony. BBQ had to be cleaned before burners would light. One chair on the balcony was completely ripped out and should be thrown in the garbage. A chair in the living room had the leather worn off in places (looked like it belonged in someone's basement).

Most rental properties these days have at least foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags in the kitchen. These are small conveniences that make a difference.

That was what was advertised. We are not retired and WiFi is essential to my business. So many excuses were given for this situation. Honest is the best policy in all circumstances.

19.Lower light in refrigerator broken and falling out loose connection – I would think this is a liable for a fire
20.$519.83 was the cost per night for this rental. I did not feel we received a place worth this kind of money. Reimbursement should be offered.
21.Last–I asked to make arrangements to have my son get the keys when he arrived. Instead of making it happen, you stated it was not ready. After a 6 hour drive, this was not what I expected at all. We parked by the Condo and

Views from the master bedroom balconies (yes, 2 small balconies) were both spectacular. The layout is great, very spacious and room for us to have another family over for dinner. There are a lot of stairs and a shared balcony with the other unit off the kitchen level, but the neighbors were great that we had. So, overall rating is excellent.

Perfect location and lots of room but the main oven did not work when we tried to cook Christmas dinner and the propane ran out when we tried to cook steaks on the grill the next night. Covid restrictions didn’t help to salvage a meal. Main floor tile floor hasn’t been washed in a while as evidenced by black bottomed bare feet.
