This vacation rental in Downtown Pismo Beach is a spacious 2000 SF get away dream. Pismo Pier Plaza and boardwalk with shops and restaurants is right at the end of the street are only two blocks away!

This luxury town home sleeps eight people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Fireplace, Smart TV for streaming and Wi-Fi in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ocean views from multiple decks with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends. Dining area that seats 8 people. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and convenience of this place. Newly updated. I had a couple issues. No extra blankets or throws. Had to call twice to get some. They were supposed to be delivered before the rental office closed-they weren't. Made another call and the woman sounded put out that I was asking for them after the office closed-they did deliver 2 blankes. Oven wasn't working and I was not notified even though the rental company knew of the problem. The floors were very dirty. Walked in socks and bare feet when we arrived and both were black from the floors. Also found trash under a bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has perfect views and is well put together but missed it on being clean. Not sure if it was just because it was a flip and busy time with the holiday but it seems it was just wiped down and about it. Our towels and beds had hairs in them that was not from pets. The balconies were extremely dirty and had to clean one of them myself to enjoy outside like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The bbq looked like someone just used it. The guest shower upstairs the drain was clogged and had to unclog it myself and was quite gross. For the high price we paid I would have expected better. Great house tho and recommend. Just needed more attention in being cleaned.

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!
