Great location. Love upstairs view from balcony. Had trouble with microwave, tv and fireplace. Paid the extra for pets, so worth it. Loved having our furry friend with us! Great space for 3 generations of family to gather. Must ascend two flights of stairs to enter unit. Good exercise for the grandparents with not having an elevator.

The location of this townhouse near downtown Pismo was excellent, but the street was a main street to get to the freeway unfortunately. There were so many motorcycles which traveled the road late at night. It would have been quieter if we didn't have to keep the windows open, but it was warm during our stay. It was beautifully furnished though I had wished that the kitchen had a salad bowl and a larger baking dish (9 x 13). We loved the table and chairs outside on the upper deck. The shower in the master bathroom backed up immediately on our first night and didn't drain even overnight. Luckily the facility had 2 other showers. A plumber came to fix it the next day and it worked fine afterwards. All in all we enjoyed our stay (even though we didn't sleep well with the noise at night) and it did rain 2 of the nights which created a warm, humid atmosphere. Fans would have helped. The definite plus side was that it was walking distance to most of the places we ventured...beach, pier, restaurants.

Dirty towels(bath/hand/wash cloths), properly not clean, missing utensils and no steak knives, refrigerator icemaker not working, poor communication with rental agency, access to main bathroom is deep tub and unaccessible for most. Cable didn’t work, not even local channels . Manager has still not responded to my email.

Kitchen is a bit light, bring your own condiments and any plastic wraps/zip lock bags for left overs when you cook. Bathrooms are equipped with small bars of soap and liquid hand soap. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. No beach towels, makes sure to bring your own.There was parking for two cars, one in a garage and one in a carport, otherwise street parking which is tight. Unloading the car requires one flight of stairs to the first floor. Three bedrooms are upstairs, two with balcony views of downtown Pismo and the beach. The master bedroom is plenty big with a large bathroom and walk in closet. (Great space for a family bringing a baby). Second bedroom upstairs is a smaller room, still room for a crib or air mattress on the floor. Third room has three twin beds, one is a trundle. When all three beds are used, there is very little floor space in the room. Dining and living room is plenty comfortable. Couch pulls out into a full size bed. A surprise full third bathroom is downstairs so anyone sleeping downstairs has their own bathroom. We had a great time!

Reviewer Comments: We are back in the Hinds condos because the owner of the one we prefer has decided not to rent out anymore. It was perfect, but we understand. The first thing we noticed in “B” was the fact that the floor most likely had not been mopped. It was pretty gritty with sand, and our toddler’s feet were really black within seconds! I grew up by the beach and know it is not a condition that is unavoidable, it is from cleaning too quickly, and not mopping. The cooking utensils leave a bit to be desired as well. Our previous condo was better stocked with items to accommodate 9 people. Some upgrades should be made for the price! Views have been cut short by the new hotels at the boardwalk, but overall things were great as always.

They were clean and well-maintained and perfect for the adults and children. It was easy to walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The reservation staff were very efficient and quickly responded to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two to our friends. When We return to Pismo, we would like to be able to rent them again.

I rented this condo for staff members flying in for a retreat. It was perfect! Everyone loved the ocean views and the abundance of space and areas where they could enjoy them. The living arrangements were comfy and attractive, as well.

We had a girls trip - my two teenage daughters, they each brought a friend and so did I. There was a great amount of space that no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. There were enough bathrooms for multiple people to shower at once. Everything was super clean, I didn’t feel like I needed to wipe things down like I do when I stay in a hotel. The Peking was great. I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot if I left and came back because of the dedicated spot there. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. I felt very comfortable letting the girls go do their own thing , knowing we were close enough go down and meet them. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with our stay. The space was perfect for our group of 7 and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The rental had everything we needed, including beach supplies. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. Very much enjoyed the multiple decks, great views! The bathtub in the main upstairs bathroom was a fantastic plus. Would stay again!

Had to call twice to get some. They were supposed to be delivered before the rental office closed-they weren't. Made another call and the woman sounded put out that I was asking for them after the office closed-they did deliver 2 blankes. Oven wasn't working and I was not notified even though the rental company knew of the problem. The floors were very dirty. Walked in socks and bare feet when we arrived and both were black from the floors. Also found trash under a bed.

Not sure if it was just because it was a flip and busy time with the holiday but it seems it was just wiped down and about it. Our towels and beds had hairs in them that was not from pets. The balconies were extremely dirty and had to clean one of them myself to enjoy outside like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The bbq looked like someone just used it. The guest shower upstairs the drain was clogged and had to unclog it myself and was quite gross. For the high price we paid I would have expected better. Great house tho and recommend. Just needed more attention in being cleaned.

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!
