Welcome to your relaxing getaway on Sunset Lake in Pocono Summit. This modern, yet comfortable 5-bedroom home in Pocono Summit, PA, offers an exceptional combination of lakeside living, privacy, and proximity to local attractions. The property provides breathtaking waterfront views from the hot tub, sauna, deck, and living room.
Inside, the home is designed with both comfort and style in mind. The open-concept living area features lots of windows that allow natural light to flood the space while offering sweeping views of the lake and surrounding nature. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and ample counter space, is ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. The cozy living room is perfect for unwinding, while each of the five spacious bedrooms provides a restful retreat.
The home also features two distinct and unique spaces: a game room with a wet bar, projection screen, foosball table, and other arcade and table games; and a magical kids hide-a-way area with books, movies, and games, that can only be accessed after passing through the secret passageway!
Step outside onto spacious deck, which is perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. The expansive private yard is surrounded by woods, where there is easy access to the lake for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or paddle boarding. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the hot tub or sauna with stunning lake views, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Guests also have access to a beach area on Stillwater Lake (a 5 min drive from the house). There are also two playgrounds and a basketball court nearby.
In addition, guests can use the community pool (a 3 min drive from the house). Children under 14 are free, and they must be accompanied by an adult. The fee for anyone over 14 is $5 per person.

Our home is less than 10 minutes from the Kalahari Resort, which was voted #1 for the best indoor waterpark (they have an outdoor waterpark too!). The Resort also features award-winning dining, a spa, bowling, arcade, ziplining, laser tag, and much more!
You are also less than 20 mins from Camelback Mountain Resort which offers skiing, snowtubing and water parks, as well as the Pocono Premium Outlets which is home to over 100 outlet shops including Nike, Yankee Candle, Nautica, Coach.
Guests will need to sign a waiver prior to arrival relating to the use of watercrafts (boats, kayaks, and paddle boards) on the lake.

This place had literally everything you could think of. Just sit back and relax on the lovely deck overlooking the lake! All the little touches from extra toiletry stuff, to the candy jars in the movie room! You won’t be disappointed, something for everyone on our family to enjoy!
