Welcome to our mid-century inspired 1200 sq. ft. home located in Cottonwood-Verde Village.
This home back up to open space where you can enjoy views of the Verde Valley and nearby mountain ranges. We are conveniently located near Old Town Cottonwood and wineries. Plus, just a short drive away is Sedona and Jerome.
The home comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 king bed and 2 queens.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The house is absolutely adorable and has such a cozy, welcoming feel. The views were beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—we all slept great every night.The location is also a huge plus—just a short drive to Cottonwood and Sedona, making it easy to explore, dine out, or enjoy the scenery without being in the middle of the crowds.Overall, a charming, comfortable place in a great spot. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean, well stocked and plenty of activities to keep you busy. We also appreciated how close it was to so many fun activities and wineries. We will definitely be back.

They were very please with the house. As they put it the house was excellent! Check in was easy. JATC was very quick to get back to me when I had questions. They had a very pleasant time there. Thank you for everything!
