    This was a last-minute booking, and grateful to have found it! The apartment was spacious, loved that it had balconies at the living room and the bedrooms. It was very clean, beds comfortable. Basic kitchen/cooking utensils. We had a small problem retrieving our self-check in keys, but that was swiftly sorted via a WhatsApp message. We also had to persevere in requesting for a second key, as my adult son and I were going our separate ways and couldn’t rely on who was going to be back at the apartment first; seems they are hesitant to provide a second key, even when selling a 2-bedroom apartment. Location is convenient, but we were in Budapest for family reasons, not as tourists. Many supermarkets & shops nearby. I think this location would require more public transportation if you want to do touristy things. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again, comfortable & very relaxing.

    Apartment is ok, but our check in was late for 45mins because as they say "unexpected issue". If I didnt write them few times, they wouldnt get in touch. Email with all instructions came 3:45pm and we came around 3:30pm, I didnt know where to park, or the number to open the door, all of that I needed to write on whatsapp to get info, they were aswering really quick. I had feeling like it is unorginised, but when they send you email it is all well written but to us email came late because they werent prepared our room on time. Also you cannot put coffee machine/dish washing machine if you dont provide minimum number of coffee/washing pods. I am also in this type of business and unfodtunately I think you lose stars on few basics things.

    Clean and the staff were nice. The ‘artwork’ on the wall was to remind you to turn off the lights!! No coffee or tea despite there being a coffee machine. No salt or pepper and only a few cups and plates so not so good for self cooking. Had to ask for extra washing tablets and dishwasher tablets. Also no Netflix despite asking for it as it was promised and advertised. Be aware that Google maps will direct you down some dark, quiet side streets from the airport which aren’t the nicest to walk down at night time. Other use stick to the main shopping street or use the bus/tram from the north side.
