Zoya Luxury Residence

We had a wonderful stay at Zoya Luxury Residence. The apartment was extremely spacious, comfortable, and well ventilated. It truly felt like staying in a luxurious and private condominium. The apartment was fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, cooking pots, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a sink, a dish rack, a large refrigerator, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine with two complimentary coffee capsules. There was also a two-in-one washing machine and dryer with adjustable water temperature, as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen was very convenient because we prepared our own meals during our stay. The only appliance missing was a microwave. Our apartment had two very spacious bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe and drawer cabinets. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in both bedrooms and the living room. There were also two spacious bathrooms—one shared bathroom and one en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Both had showers with hot and cold water. The living room was large and comfortable, with two long, soft sofas and a television with Netflix, although guests need to use their own Netflix account. The building has a lift, which made it easy to carry our luggage. Luggage storage is also available, which is especially helpful for guests arriving before check-in or wishing to store their bags after checking out before travelling to the airport. The location is convenient, with bus stops within few minutes walking distance. It is also not far from Al Noor, a Pakistani halal restaurant, as well as convenience stores and a small SPAR supermarket where we could easily buy groceries. Both the apartment and the residence lobby have a luxurious and elegant interior. The residence also felt safe, peaceful, and private because it was not overcrowded. It is located next to Kozmo Hotel, which is operated by the same company. Overall, Zoya Luxury Residence was an excellent place to stay. It was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, well equipped, and very convenient—especially for families or guests who prefer to cook their own meals. We would happily stay here again.

Huge rooms, clean, slept 3 adults comfortably. Amazing hotel

It is just perfect, no other word is needed!

We stayed at Zoya for three nights. Overall, it was a comfortable experience. Our check-in was very smooth and staff are nice. The apartments are spacious and well-designed. One thing to keep in mind is that the Zoya is not located in the main central area--about a 10 minute Uber ride, so it's not far, but not comfortably walkable, especially if with children. Additionally, we had a significant issue with ants in one of the rooms which persisted during our stay. Other than that no issues and a solid, comfortable choice for those traveling as a family or group.
