I had a good time in Kozmo, i traveled to Budapest with my husband for our honeymoon. The hotel is quite clean, it’s not in a loud or crowded area.
Depending on what room you book however, you may not get access to the pool and sauna facilities as they are charged separately. I found that a bit strange as usually guests staying at hotels get access to the facilities.. it could be because we booked on Agoda and not directly with the hotel, not sure.
Anyway we did manage to try the facilities for one day but it was quite crowded unfortunately.
There was also a mishap where my husband and I received some public transport tickets upon check-in, we were told they were “valid for one week” but we didn’t clarify what that meant (it was for a single ride, not a ticket that could be used continuously for a week) and ended up getting fined by some train inspectors. The hotel did make it up to us however, which I appreciate. Really good service.

The best involves the overall ! Ms. Lili inspired me to come back again and stay here. as well as the manger Boti , Zoltan. They are the best!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were lovely. The staff were friendly and I received a complimentary photography book about the hotel upon check out. The hotel is in a good location and I would stay here again.

Location is somewhat outside the tourist area - it is a 20 minute walk to the old town. Hotel is very nice, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast.
