    The room was spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were lovely. The staff were friendly and I received a complimentary photography book about the hotel upon check out. The hotel is in a good location and I would stay here again.

    Location is somewhat outside the tourist area - it is a 20 minute walk to the old town. Hotel is very nice, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast.

    Its a 5 star hotel if they staff adequately. Any order to the room takes a minimum of 35 minutes and that too for a bottle of water. Cant imagine what it must be like if you order food. The suite is deff amongst the best in budapest but cleaning standards need to be upped. We would come back to the same fingerprints and water stains from the night before. Heating also needs to be higher as it gets seriously cold.
