I loved the quiet area and the spacious apartment. The staff were very friendly. The aircons worked well (we were there during the heatwave). Beds was comfortable

The only thing I can criticize is the kitchenware - pots and pans. Very small - we had to ask for other pan as the only one was a griddle pan. Some basic cutlery (like scissors and bread knife ) was also not there.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, with easy access to bus, tram, and metro stations, making transportation very convenient. Both the hotel premises and the room/apartment were clean and surprisingly spacious. Additionally, the staff was polite and professional in all our communications, which made the initial impression very positive.

However, the stay was overshadowed by the lack of basic housekeeping services. While I appreciate the eco-friendly approach of not changing towels daily, the fact that no cleaning is provided unless you pay an additional fee of approximately €35 is unacceptable and excessive. This policy significantly diminishes the overall quality of the stay and leaves a negative impression, as basic maintenance should be included in the price.
