About this apartment rental
Cozy, big and comfortable apartment next to St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican (1 mins walk), Mausoleum of Hadrian (aka Castel Sant'Angelo) and the Vatican Museums (both 10 mins walk away).
Shopping district around Via Cola di Rienzo is just 5 mins walk away.
The “Ottaviano” metro station is just 10 minutes on foot and three stops away from Spanish Steps and Rome historic center.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing location to visit Rome.
The apartment is composed of 3 double bedrooms (bed size 160 x 190 cms) each with an ensuite bathroom (two with shower and one with tube and separated shower), a living room with dining zone, a kitchenette and another bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV (in the living room), autonomous air conditioning (fan coils in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (through fan coils), Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 200 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Great location to beautiful outdoor restaurants and shops and very close to Vatican.When staying with colleagues, the separate bathrooms per room was helpful and comfortable for all.

Very secure building with a minimart one block away that has anything you need, and Borgo Pio St just outside has tons of little restaurants for dinner. Rooms/living room are super comfortable and modern, very clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but it has everything you need to cook something on the 2 burner stove if you need to. Location is superb if you want to be close to the Vatican and St Peter’s Square as they are a stone’s throw away, which is why we booked this place since it’s on the same side as the Holy Door entrance. Donatella and Sylvia are wonderful hosts and get back to you right away if you have any questions; even reserved us a car for transportation back to the airport and had a nice pamphlet outlining everything you need to know about nearby restaurants, shops, etc.

Loved the apartment - location 2 minutes walk from St Peter's Square. It was clean, modern, and well appointed. The host was there waiting for us when we checked in and very responsive before and during our stay. She arranged airport transportation for us.
