About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment in the heart of Borgo Pio (a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo) located on the second floor with elevator of an ancient building and has been recently restored.
The apartment consists of a hallway from which you access the kitchen and the living room with dining area and double sofa bed (140x200). From the living room you access the two bedrooms both with double bed type King Size (180x200). A complete bathroom is accessible directly from the living room.
The apartment is very quiet and can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people (80 m²)
The apartment has internet access via WiFi, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Air Conditioning \ Heating and TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide sheets and towels for all guests with the possibility of cleaning service with linen change.
The apartment is very comfortable. Its location is in the heart of the historic center and allows you to explore many tourist attractions on foot.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with a fast internet connection.
The Tourist Tax is 6.00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 and over) and is to be paid upon arrival (Excluding reservations from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already withheld).
We offer tours and transfers (airport, train station and port).

Really enjoyed our trip to Rome
Fabulous location beside St Peter’s square . Apartment is clean and comfortable , very spacious . We stayed in December and the heating worked well. Lovely restaurants on street and a great vibe at weekends . Within walking distance of all the major tourist spots. .

Very charming and spacious place. Great location, on a cobblestone street. Easy access. Very close to market, restaurant on the first floor, luggage storage 1 minute away.
You can hear noises from the street, but this is the charm of the center.

We liked the location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There was a grocery store nearby which was very helpful. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds.
The kitchen needs improvements (i.e. stove top not fully functional, the fan does not function, hot water boiler kicking off, greasy cupboards, dishes not fully clean). The shower not draining properly.
The chairs’ fabric needs to be cleaned (stains).

Amazing location for first time in Rome. Centrally located apartment steps away from Vatican and other historical spots. Loved the vibe on the street the apartment located at! The apartment is spacious, beautiful and was contributing to overall Rome experience. Highly recommend this place for your next stay!
