Spacieux et lumineux, cet appartement est confortable et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. L'eau des douches est chaude. Quelques capsules de café et sachets de thé, confitures, biscottes, céréales sont à disposition ainsi qu'une bouteille de lait et une bouteille d'eau.

- J'ai dû demander moi-même par Whatsapp la veille de notre arrivée les informations pour accéder à l'appartement. En effet, il n'est pas très rassurant de devoir attendre le jour de l'arrivée pour avoir accès à ces renseignements (code de porte d'entrée de l'immeuble + code de la boîte à clés de l'appartement)... - Pas de station de métro à moins de 15 à 20 mn à pied mais très proche du Vatican. - Nuisances sonores venant de l'appartement au-dessus: on entend les personnes marcher avec les chaussures à talons et rire aux éclats (voisins ou touristes?) - Voici quelques suggestions d'amélioration: il serait utile d'avoir des petites poubelles dans les 2 salles de bains, des lampes qui permettent de lire dans la chambre du bout (les appliques sont beaucoup trop faibles). - Il serait appréciable d'avoir les modes d'emploi des appareils électroménagers, de la climatisation et de la télévision. - Les étagères au-dessus de l'évier de la cuisine ont dû être installées par un géant: il faut utiliser l'escabeau qui est rangé dans la 1ère chambre pour accéder à la vaisselle!!!🤭 C'est un détail bien sûr... Le check out est strict: à 10h, la femme de ménage était à la porte...

opvang/ ontvangst waren erg hartelijk, host erg behulpzaam bij vragen. ligging centraal tussen het Vaticaan en het centrum met alle toeristische trekpleisters. indeling van het appartement was erg ruim en het ontbrak aan niets. 2e badkamer was heel handig met 2 stellen. ook het mandje met ontbijtspullen konden we erg waarderen. het balkon was heerlijk om met een bakje koffie te kijken wat er op straat allemaal gebeurt. dat we op de dag van vertrek de bagage nog laten staan was erg prettig.

It was very clean and perfect for a family with small kids. Every room has its own tv and the property provided milk and coffee. The balcony was also a nice touch and allowed for some people watching and relaxing :)

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and we had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was extremely fast and easy. She contacted us on the day of arrival to ask about our expected arrival time and informed us that the apartment was still being cleaned. However, we were able to leave our luggage, and the cleaning was completed much earlier than expected, around 1–2 PM, which we really appreciated. The apartment is very spacious, bright, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding — extremely safe and perfectly positioned in relation to the main tourist attractions. It is only a 5-minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica and 5 minutes to Castel Sant'Angelo. Most of the major attractions are within a pleasant 20–30 minute walk. There is also a metro station about 10 minutes away on foot. Within 2–3 minutes walking distance, you can find cafés and gelaterias for breakfast, as well as many excellent restaurants in the area (about 10–15 minutes on foot). This is definitely a place you can confidently choose for your first visit to Rome. For us, even though it was our third time in the city, the location was exceptional and offered us a new and wonderful perspective of Rome. Highly recommended!
